About Me

Hello, and welcome to my blog!

My name is Abdullah Al Noman, but in the world of writing and expression, I go by the name Mohammad Somrat. “Somrat” is a nickname from my childhood, and I chose to use it as a symbolic identity for my literary self — someone who explores thoughts beyond textbooks and classrooms.

I’m currently a first-year MBBS student at Chattagram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital Medical College. While medicine is my academic pursuit, my true passions lie beyond the walls of textbooks — in the rich worlds of fiction and non-fiction books, tech, human psychology, productivity, and mystery. Writing has always been a deep love of mine — a way to document my thoughts, explore life’s complexities, and share insights with the world.

What You’ll Find on This Blog

This blog is a thoughtful collection of content crafted to spark curiosity, offer clarity, and deepen understanding across five key areas:

  • Book Insights – Simplifying complex ideas from powerful books and turning them into actionable knowledge.

  • Tech – Exploring tools, trends, and thoughtful digital habits with a contextual focus on psychology, productivity, and modern life.

  • Psychology – Unpacking human behavior, cognitive patterns, and emotional intelligence to help you understand yourself and others better.

  • Productivity – Sharing practical frameworks, mindset shifts, and digital systems to work smarter, not harder.

  • Mystery – Diving into intriguing concepts, unexplained patterns, and hidden narratives that make you think twice.

Each post is backed by thoughtful research, made easy to understand, and designed for those who love to explore the ‘why’ behind things—not just the ‘what’. Whether you're a student, a thinker, a dreamer, or a doer—this blog offers contextual, integrated, and valuable content to inspire and inform your journey.

My Vision

Through this blog, I aim to write books, influence people positively, and build a topical authority with my own voice — an intellectual and creative authority that stands for truth, depth, and inner awakening. I believe literature is not just for escape, but also for enlightenment. I want my readers to pause, feel, and reflect — and maybe, just maybe, find a little light in the process.

Why Bengali?

Because it is the language of my soul — the one in which I can express my deepest feelings and thoughts most precisely. My choice to write in Bengali is a tribute to my roots, my people, and my identity.
